Coaching Services
Our coaching plans (Starter Session, Monthly Enrichment, and Seasonal Journey) are digital and service-based offerings. Because sessions involve scheduled time and personalized preparation, refund eligibility depends on the timing of your request.
Cancellation Before First Session
If you cancel your coaching plan before your first scheduled session, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. To cancel, contact us at contactus@rejuvenatefaunav.world with your name, purchase date, and plan details.
Cancellation After Sessions Begin
Once coaching sessions have commenced, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the session you wish to dispute.
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge. Sessions missed without 24-hour notice may be counted as completed.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). If our services fail to meet guaranteed standards, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
